Since we process our orders quickly, in most cases it's not possible to change or update your order. You can however give us a shout at info@shapecurvs.com and our customer service team will do what they can to help to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please note however that this is not always possible.

To make a purchase, find the product you like, select a color and size, and click the "Add to Cart" button. Continue adding products, or click "Checkout" to complete your order! Create a SHAPECURVS account to make your shopping trip even smoother!
Due to our quick order processing times, we are unable to change the details in your order once it has been confirmed and processed. If you wish to change the shipping address, please cancel your previous order and place a new one.
Once your items are shipped, we are not liable if they are stolen or lost in transit. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days of leeway for delivery before contacting your local carrier for more information.

It depends! If you contact us info@shapecurvs.com to cancel your order before it is shipped, we would be more than happy to help with the cancellation (or modification) of the order. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel your order at this time. However, once you receive your package, if you're not 100% satisfied with the items, we’ll be more than happy to assist you with the return. Product Details
We strive to display the colors of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, the actual color will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colors will be accurate.
In addition, the product and appear to change color as the angle of light changes. Put your product up to the light and see how it differently. So the color of the actual product you receive may look different under a different light.
1. Put your arms through the straps.
2. Clasp the bra in the back.
3. Clasp your bra in the front or side.
4. Choose your tightness setting.
5. Bend down to help move your breasts into the cups.
6. Fill the cups with all of your breast tissue.
7. Repeat the same process with your other hand and another breast.

We accept Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Google Pay and ApplePay.
Please note we accept only online payment. Cash on delivery is not acceptable.
Payment may be declined for several reasons since you paid via different payment methods.
1.If you paid via PayPal, and your payment was declined, you may need to:
.Confirm the email address associated with PayPal.
.Update the expiration date or billing address associated with your credit or debit card.
.Confirm your credit or debit card so we know you’re the card owner.
.Go through a security check so we can confirm your identity.
.Resolve a limitation placed on your account.
2.If you have trouble paying via credit card:
Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or your card is not suspended by the bank for a review.
In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest you try another card at checkout or pay us via PayPal.If you want to know further information about being declined, you are suggested to contact the payment method provider directly.
Sorry, but no. You can only use 1 discount code per order. However, you can use a discount code in conjunction with a gift card.
If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid or there are some limits to the code.
